To give power to the car, battery has been provided in two variants, first 49kWh and second 61kWh which has the capacity to give power of 142bhp, peak torque of 172bhp and in both the variants you will get to see torque of 192.5Nm and its battery supports fast charging of 61kWh, it gets fully charged in 50 minutes and gives its best performance on every platform and this car offers a range of 426 to 500 kms and its top speed is up to 160 kmph.
Drive modes include Eco, Normal, Sport, and Snow, with regenerative braking allowing one-pedal driving. ARAI certified range is up to 543 km on the 61 kWh battery, which is sufficient for long drives like the Delhi-Mumbai route. The smaller battery offers a range of 344 km. Easy charging: Full charge overnight from home AC, 80% in 50 minutes from a DC fast charger. Adaptive grille shutters and a 50% high-tensile steel body increase efficiency. 0-100 kmph in just 8 seconds, top speed 160 kmph – it’s not just green, but fun-to-drive too.
Braking System and Suspension
Keeping in mind the Indian roads, the company has used disc braking system in both the front and rear wheels of the car and to maintain the balance of both, anti-log braking system and electronic brake force distribution have been used. Talking about the suspension, MacPherson strut suspension has been used in the front and torsion beam suspension has been used in the rear.

The starting price of Maruti E Vitara in the Indian market has been fixed between ₹17 lakh to ₹22.50 lakh and you can bring the car home with a down payment of ₹1.60 lakh to ₹2.50 lakh and a monthly installment of ₹29,481 and it is being told by the reporters that it will be launched by December 10, 2025.
